What are the responsibilities and job description for the AM Sandwich Line position at BREADS ON OAK, LLC?
We are seeking an experienced employee for working our sandwich line, and some prep work, with previous experience in a bakery or restaurant. We are looking for part-time and full-time candidates. Shift starts for 5AM .
Baker responsibilities
- Scaling ingredients
- Mixing
- Baking
- Cleaning
- Some pastry work is also required, including cakes, brioche donuts and cinnamon rolls.
- Some savory prep and line work is required.
- Dishwashing as needed is expected from all members of team
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience with sandwich lines and Turbo Chefs preferred
- Ability to read and follow recipes
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations
- Speed and sense of urgency
- Ability to get along well with others and a strong sense of team work
