Breaking Habits LLC, a leading drug rehabilitation facility in Gila Bend, is seeking a Doctor specialized in Behavioral Health and Drug Rehabilitation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be authorized to bill AHCCCS and Mercy care for a 90-day drug rehabilitation program.

Responsibilities:

- Provide medical care to patients with substance abuse disorders and behavioral health issues

- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients

- Provide oversight and support to other healthcare professionals on the team

- Maintain accurate and complete medical records

- Comply with all legal and ethical standards related to patient care

Requirements:

- Medical degree from an accredited institution

- Board certification in Psychiatry or Addiction Medicine

- Active medical license in the state of Arizona

- Authorization to bill AHCCCS and Mercy care for a 90-day drug rehabilitation program

- Experience in behavioral health and drug rehabilitation is preferred

We are looking for a Physician to join our team and provide primary care, psychiatry, and addiction medicine services to our patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care, including diagnosis and treatment of illnesses, performing physical examinations, and prescribing medications. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a commitment to providing quality patient care, and a passion for helping those in need.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat a wide variety of medical conditions.
• Prescribe medications and treatments as needed.
• Provide primary care services to patients.
• Provide psychiatric services to patients with mental health issues.
• Provide addiction medicine services to patients with substance abuse issues.
• Provide patient education on health and wellness topics.
• Maintain accurate records of patient visits and treatments.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $658,000.00 per year
