The Position
As a Breeze Cashier, you are detail oriented, friendly, a team player and an important part of the store's efficiency. We are looking for a long-term addition to our team that wants to grow in the cannabis industry. Previous experience with fast paced cash handling and high volume transactions. A great eye for detail that is equally committed to the team and the overall success of Breeze. Previous cannabis experience is not required for this position.
The Responsibilities
Promote a work environment that is positive and customer service oriented
Make sure all transactions are accurate and all deals-discounts are applied correctly
Comply with established state, local and company policies-procedures
Stay up to date with new products, discounts, deals, changes in laws and industry trends
Make sure cash drawer is balanced and entered into POS system before the end of each shift
The Qualifications
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude, team-oriented and disciplined work ethic
Detail-oriented; able to stay organized and on task in a fast-paced environment
Experience handling cash transactions and maintaining a balanced drawer
Ability to perform to sales goals and team goals
1 years of cash handling/cashier/bank teller experience
High School Diploma
Additional Requirements
Minimum of 21 years of age
Must pass any and all required background checks
Must remain compliant with all state and company rules and regulations
Physical Demands
As a Breeze Cashier you may regularly work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of our facility. Successful performance of this role requires that the incumbent is physically able to spend several hours a day viewing a computer screen. This position is frequently required to sit.
