We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced tax admin to manage the day-to-day relations with our clients. The client service coordinator will be responsible for communicating with clients, network and office organization, maintaining databases, assembling tax returns, document and data input/verification and assisting tax preparers with document organization. Professional office work experience required; tax office experience is a must. Experience with accounting/bookkeeping and Quickbooks preferred.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working in a tax office is required
- Excellent communicator; superior written and spoken English
- Great attention to detail, extremely thorough, required
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Experienced with all MS products: Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint
- Dedicated to outstanding service
- Must be able to manage multiple projects
- Must have reliable transportation (regular trips to Kingwood post office required)
Part-time, work from home, but must be located in Kingwood, TX area.
