What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Service Coordinator position at Brenner Global Associates, LLC?

We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced tax admin to manage the day-to-day relations with our clients. The client service coordinator will be responsible for communicating with clients, network and office organization, maintaining databases, assembling tax returns, document and data input/verification and assisting tax preparers with document organization. Professional office work experience required; tax office experience is a must. Experience with accounting/bookkeeping and Quickbooks preferred.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in a tax office is required
  • Excellent communicator; superior written and spoken English
  • Great attention to detail, extremely thorough, required
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Experienced with all MS products: Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint
  • Dedicated to outstanding service
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects
  • Must have reliable transportation (regular trips to Kingwood post office required)

Part-time, work from home, but must be located in Kingwood, TX area.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Tax office: 1 year (Required)
