CHEMIST
Our team in St. Louis currently has an opening for a Chemist
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Give customer assistance concerning questions, concerns, technical guidance, etc.
- Partner with R&D Center to develop analytical procedures for use in the plant and plant lab.
- Utilized analytical standard solutions.

Package and ship samples as requested from the operations and sales force.
Maintenance of all instrumentation as is reasonably possible. - Perform Quality Control analysis to meet both internal and customer needs.Test new and existing products (commodities).
- Update methods and procedures to maintain.
- New projects- evaluate the raw materials and products for chemical and physical properties, determine the safety requirements, determine the health hazards, and develop a working procedure for producing the material and its testing.
- Devises new equipment and develops formulas, processes, techniques, and methods for solution of technical problems.
- Analyzes organic and inorganic compounds to determine chemical and physical properties utilizing techniques such as chromatography, spectroscopy, and spectrophotometry.
- Instrumentation: GC, ICP-OES, FTIR, UV-VIS Spectrophotometer, Moisture Analyzer, Densitometer, RI, IC and HPL
YOUR PROFILE
- Chemical Lab Experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or equivalent experience required
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
