A rapidly growing home care provider of skilled nursing is searching for per diem and part-time Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to join its team. Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing support to patients following an injury, surgery, illness, chronic condition, etc.
- Collect patient history and implement appropriate care plans.
- Document treatments and progress toward desired outcomes.
- Administer medications to patients per MDs orders.
- Educate patients, caregivers, and families on how to manage care appropriately.
Qualifications:
- An ASN is required, and a BSN is preferred.
- Active RN license.
- Valid driver’s license.
