Nurse Manager

A top healthcare system in New Hampshire is searching for a Nurse Manager for its Primary Care department. In this role, you will plan, lead, coordinate, and facilitate quality patient care and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Director of Nursing and oversee the daily operations within the department.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical staff.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to streamline workflows, optimize staff schedules, improve patient flow, and monitor the overall experience for patients and providers.
• Develop budgets and monitor the financial performance of the department.
• Implement performance improvement strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

• A BSN is required, and an MSN is preferred.
• Active RN license.
• 3 years of clinical experience

Additional info:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Pay; $92,000-$115,000, depending on experience, differentials.
