A prestigious hospital in Southern NH is searching for a Registered Nurse for its Labor and Delivery Unit. In this role, you will provide compassionate nursing care to patients, including assessment, treatment, care planning, and medical care evaluation. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and compassionate nursing care in the Labor and Delivery Unit.
- Work closely with various units, including Mother/Baby, GYN, Pediatrics, and Med/Surg.
- Obtain and document health history, vital signs, and health risk factors.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and how to manage their care after discharge.
- Administer medications to patients as directed.
Qualifications:
- An ASN is required, and a BSN is preferred.
- Active RN license.
- 2 years of hospital-based experience is required.
- 1 years of L&D experience is preferred.
Additional info:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Hours; 7p-7a
- Pay; $35-50/hr., depending on experience differentials.
