Bretz RV & Marine is looking for a hard-working, organized team player to join our dealership as our new Finance & Insurance Assistant. To be successful in this role, you must be professional, proactive, and positive when interacting with vendors, customers, and management. Our goal is not only to meet our customer’s expectations but to exceed them. This person will play a key role in ensuring our F&I team provides an exceptional experience to our customers.
Job Responsibilities
Assist Finance Managers and Accounting Office in ensuring prompt processing of all deals
Ensuring the correct flow of documents from the Finance department to the business office
Quality Control: check and review all incoming deals from Finance for accuracy and document completion
Daily process prior day deals and report development to management
Packaging documents for DMV and finance institutions
Processing all vehicle sales documentation – contracts, incentives, etc
Fax, email, and mail documents as needed for funding and record retention
Any additional responsibilities requested by the Finance & Sales Directors
Adhere to all local and national regulations
Performs general office duties such as keeping filing up-to-date, (electronic & paper), scanning, photocopying, and faxing vehicle documents as needed
Retrieving documents, records, and reports
Education and Experience Requirements
Finance and Insurance Assistant: 2 years preferred
A valid driver’s license
All employees must maintain a professional, clean, and well-groomed appearance
Self-motivation, customer-driven, and success-oriented
An eager, outgoing personality
Self-motivation and aim for success
Desire to work with people and team-player
Compensation
$13.50 to $15.00 per hour dependent on experience
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 4 PM or 5 PM. (End of day will depend on business volume and needs dependent on season)
