Brewery Custodian

We’re looking for a brewery custodian/packaging associate to fill a position on our team. You’ll keep our building impeccably clean, mop floors, wash windows, empty trash, and perform other maintenance and cleaning duties as needed. This position will also be responsible for some light packaging and warehouse duties as needed. $15 - $17 hourly

• Complete regularly scheduled custodial work in connection with cleaning and maintaining our taproom, private event space, public restrooms, brewery production space, and beer garden.
• Wipe up spills and other hazards.
• Sweeping, mopping, washing windows, dusting, wiping tables and chairs.
• Remove trash, empty and clean waste barrels, garbage cans, and other waste receptacles.
• Perform other maintenance tasks such as painting, replacing lightbulbs, and restocking bathroom paper goods.
• Move furniture, load and unload trucks, and support events by setting up tables, chairs, and other event equipment.
• Remove leaves, dirt, debris, and trash from outdoor areas.
• Perform draft line cleaning.
• Stocking coolers with kegs and cases.
• Perform cleaning cycles on dirty kegs.
• Perform packaging of 4-pack cans by applying 4-pack holders and loading 4-packs into case boxes and building pallets.
• May be expected to report to work during occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays to respond to events.

• Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite is required

• Previous custodial or facility maintenance experience and knowledge of cleaning procedures, cleaning supplies, and equipment are preferred but not required.
• Must have the ability to lift 50lbs, bend, stoop, and twist on a daily basis; able to stand, walk or sit for extended periods of time; able to climb stairs and ladders.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
