Nursing Director Assistant

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Role:

• Supervise and delegate nursing activities to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to manage clinical operations and develop care plans.
• Evaluate nursing department performance and recommend improvements.
• Conduct patient rounds and address concerns.
• Train and mentor nursing staff to enhance their skills.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in long-term care, preferably as ADON.
• Active RN license in Illinois and good standing.
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment, such as PointClickCare.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Benefits and Compensation:

• Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $95,000 per year.
