Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Role:
- Supervise and delegate nursing activities to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to manage clinical operations and develop care plans.
- Evaluate nursing department performance and recommend improvements.
- Conduct patient rounds and address concerns.
- Train and mentor nursing staff to enhance their skills.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in long-term care, preferably as ADON.
- Active RN license in Illinois and good standing.
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment, such as PointClickCare.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
