Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and leadership to nursing staff
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department

Skills:
- Nurse management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Experience in behavioral health and memory care is a plus
- Ability to work with diverse patient populations, including children and adults
- Proficient in triage and emergency response protocols
- Familiarity with ventilator management and care
- Knowledge of family planning services and counseling
- Understanding of medical coding and documentation requirements
- Skill in venipuncture and other basic medical procedures
