Our team is full of financial planning nerds who are intelligent, curious, and dedicated to their craft. We love what we do and are seeking a Senior Financial Planner who shares this passion and enthusiasm to join our team in delivering exceptional financial planning services to our clients.

In this role you will:

  • Engage in Deep Financial Discussion & Analysis: Provide objective, unbiased financial advice to a diverse mix of clients by evaluating financial planning opportunities and addressing general client financial needs. Engage in in-depth discussions with clients about their financial goals and how to achieve them.
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Develop and deepen relationships with clients through regular contact and meetings. We believe in building relationships that last, based on trust and mutual respect.
  • Lead with Expertise: Lead the development, presentation, and implementation of comprehensive financial plans. Your expertise will be the guiding force behind our clients' financial success.
  • Create Advanced Projections and Plans: Develop sophisticated retirement projections, income tax projections and estimates, risk management analyses, and estate plans. Your recommendations will be the cornerstone of our clients' financial futures.
  • Mentor the Next Generation: Mentor and guide junior staff, sharing your knowledge and passion.

Required:

  • CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation or Equivalent (CFA, CPA, JD)
  • 5 years of experience in the financial planning industry & minimum 2 years in a financial planning role.
  • A “no job is beneath me” attitude and a belief that working together as a team is the best way to serve clients.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time

Working Conditions:

Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
