If you are interested in being part of success at a greater scale and looking to invest in a theory of change that actually works – then this is your organization.     Overview   We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer/Website Manager to manage our organization's visual design and web presence. The  Graphic Designer/Website Manager will be responsible for developing and creating graphic content to align with BEN’s mission. The Graphic Designer/Website Manager will possess a meticulous attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills, and fantastic content creation, and writing skills as well the ability to develop the overall layout and production design for applications such as event flyers, logos, announcements, advertisements, brochures, reports and more . The ideal candidate will also be responsible for  maintaining servers and ensuring websites are functional, user-friendly, visually pleasing, and up-to-date. Also, should be able to work well independently as well as in a team environment, collaborating with managers, content producers, website designers and other staff.  The candidate should possess excellent technical skills and a good understanding of creative online marketing.
