What are the responsibilities and job description for the FOH/Bar Manager position at brick & tin mountain brook?

Responsibilities for FOH Manager will include, but are not limited to
- Upholding all standard operating procedures set in place by corporate team at all times and following correct levels of disciplinary action when needed.
- Assist in training and development of menu and preparation training for all new hires and current employees under the direction of the General Manager and Director of Operations
- Scheduling, training, and overseeing hourly staff day to day
- Execute highest level of hospitality day to day to ensure profitability
- Work along side staff to guarantee highest level of service possible
- Maintaining Inventory and producing any reports at the request of the Direction of Operations or General Manager
- Ability to work nights and grind with the crew to give our guest a phenomenal product and have them coming back for more
- Edit and print new menus for menu rollouts.
- Hold preshifts to educate staff on new items or information prepping them for their shift
- Light bookkeeping with scanning invoices, end of day reports, and cash management
- Oversee small bar program. Such task as ordering, counting inventory, costing cocktails, and menu item creation with oversight from the General Manager.
- Be part of bi weekly meetings as well as any corporate or all store meetings

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
