Bricking Bad is on a mission to spread the joy of building with Legos . We believe that STEM is best learnt as a hands-on team based activity. Every program is built on 3 pillars: Educational enrichment, teamwork and fun. We partner with schools in the area to offerSTEM curriculum as after school programs, summer camps, birthday parties, in school field trips and birthday parties.
The Bricking Bad STEM education Director is responsible for assisting with the administrative and logistical operations, teaching STEM classes, and the hiring and training of part-time staff and teachers.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and pedagogical instincts to not only teach our advanced curriculum, but also coach and collaborate with other instructors.

Job duties
- Teaches STEM (K-12) classes on a weekly basis.
- Participates in the hiring and on-hands training of part-time staff.
- Assists with the campus's administrative and logistical operations..
- Responds to customer emails and phone calls..
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Build community partnerships and attend outreach events to increase awareness of our programs in the community and plan engaging educational events at the campus.
Preferred/Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5-year teaching experience, preferred with K-12 students.
- Comfortable interacting and communicating with both students and parents.
- Interest in growing management experience; no prior management experience required.
- A bachelor's degree in a STEM related field or prior experience teaching STEM is required.
- Passion for Legos is preferred
