What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at Brickmont Assisted Living?
Brickmont Assisted Living is looking for a responsible, dutiful and motivated individual to join our team as a Housekeeper. The role requires someone who can work independently and follow a schedule despite interruptions from other departments or resident’s who wish to engage in conversations. Staying on task is essential in this role to complete assigned tasks as scheduled. The ideal candidate will provide detailed cleaning of apartments, common areas and additional tasks as assigned. Providing a safe environment for our residents and team members is the top priority. Safe chemical use is required at all times when utilizing cleaning agents. This role requires exceptional organization and communication skills. Ideal candidate will value performance over seniority, have a positive attitude and be willing to work with seniors. Candidate must be on time for shift and be willing to work until the completion of scheduled shift. Weekly schedule is Tuesday - Saturday from 9:00-5:30.
