Clinical Therapist (Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage & Family)

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist/Counselor/Social Worker in Private Practice

Bricolage Wellness, PLLC, a thriving and fast-growing group counseling and wellness practice, is on the search for dedicated and compassionate therapists to join our team. We are currently seeking candidates for all of our Yorkville location. Our team consists of clinicians who specialize in working with clients in the areas of reproductive and perinatal mental health, eating and body image issues, trauma and/or anxiety. BW is an affirming practice who sees those in marginalized communities, including individuals, couples and families, as well as offers group options for our clients. 

The ideal additions to our team must have significant (3 yrs) experience in at least one of following areas:

• Reproductive/Perinatal issues
• Eating disorders/Body image issues (using a HAES framework), adolescence a plus
• Couples therapy (MUST have training in a specific modality, such as Gottman or EFT)
• EMDR
• Sex therapy (formalized training)
• Dance Movement Therapy 

At Bricolage, work/life balance for our W2 staff is priority. We offer the support of a multi-person admin team who handles ALL insurance, billing and client accounts, flexible scheduling, competitive salary and benefits, as well as opportunities to advance in the company in various roles. This position will start off as part-time, and build with referrals to a full-time status.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD, licensed in the state of IL 
• At least 3 years of experience in the niche area we are in need of
• Clinicians must be available to work at least two evenings and one weekend day per week
• Availability to see a minimum of 15 clients per week, with the intention to build to a minimum of 22 clients per week
• Excellent time management and detailed organization skills
• Paneled with BCBS a plus
