Facility Service Coordinator 1:00pm - 9:30pm

Job Summary:

The Facility Service Coordinator will dispatch and manage service requests from beginning to end, as well as follow up with subcontractors and keep customers up to date at all times.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Enter orders into a computer database, update existing orders with job status information, and ensure notes as detailed as possible.
• Prepare and submit customer quotations on time, while prioritizing and managing routine, emergency, and scheduled work orders.
• Follows customer orders from creation to completion, informing the customer every step of the way to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Interacts with customers and subcontractors by phone, email, or customer database to build rapport, provide support, and provide customer-specific information on required services, all while monitoring compliance.
• Dispatch work orders to the appropriate subcontractor while keeping price and lead time in mind.
• Set time and cost constraints with the subcontractor.
• Maintain records of service dates and equipment model and/or serial numbers, if applicable.
• Facility Service Coordinators must work a rotating on-call or alternate schedule.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Cypress, CA 90630: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
