JOB DESCRIPTION

The Account Executive role is a full time outside sales position, reporting to the Area Director of Sales. Your primary responsibilities will be to meet with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facility discharge planers, nurses and social workers to generate referrals and promote the company within the assigned territory. Experience in home health sales and marketing is necessary! Are you a driven, enthusiastic and results oriented sales and marketing professional? Then we want to hear from you!

About this Position:

  • Responsible for establishing and maintain positive relationships with customers and referral sources.
  • Employs marketing and promotional initiatives to meet budgeted projections.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
  • Three years of experience in Health Care marketing and at least one year in Home Health Sales needed.
  • Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication, negotiations and public relations skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
