Bridgepoint is a full-service, luxurious beachfront condominium property on South Padre Island. Towering 28 stories, Bridgepoint offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and features spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom condos and a wide range of amenities, including a heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, children's pool, poolside Palapa Bar, and two lighted tennis courts.
Purpose / Summary of Position:
The Assistant Manager is responsible for coordinating the front office activities of the condominium resort, including reservations, welcome, and guest services for homeowners, renters, and visitors. The Assistant
Manager also provides accounting, housekeeping services, and other guest services, either personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate front office operations, including promoting and marketing condominium reservations, check-in and check-out, guest services, and accounting.
- Provide exceptional guest service to all condominium guests, including greeting guests, owners, and visitors.
- Coordinate and oversee the handling of owner and guest requests.
- Manage and supervise 40 to 50 staff members, including assigning shifts, scheduling work, training, and monitoring performance.
- Coordinate with the maintenance department and vendors for the upkeep of the building and individual condominium units.
- Assist the General Manager with other tasks as needed, such as budgeting, forecasting, and marketing.

- Experience with accounting/ bookkeeping and proficiency with Quick-books, or the ability to learn quickly.

- High school diploma required.
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
- 2 years post-education preferred or at least four years of work experience.
