BridgePoint Continuing Care is searching for a Clinical Supervisor RN.
The Clinical Supervisor has oversight of all patient care areas and all hospital services, collaborates in the planning and organization of training for all unit staff members, and facilitates patient flow. The Clinical Supervisor will also assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain the medical records as well as represent hospital administration to departments, families, and patients.
Education: RN required, BSN or Masters Degree in health-related field preferred.
Licenses/Certification: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Louisiana. BLS and ACLS are required.
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of progressive acute care experience to include supervision. ICU experience preferred.

Salary : $79,900 - $101,000
