Bridges Community Support Services is one of the few agencies that provide an amazing Psychiatric Individualized Supported Living program in the State of Missouri, right in line with our mission to provide to the most underserved communities.
This “PISL” program is designed with the specific purpose of helping individuals transition out of long-term psychiatric hospitalization, and back into their own communities and families.
The Community Support Worker is a pivotal team member; facilitating the creation and implementation of the goals of those supported. Bridges is looking for creative, compassionate, and organized folks to work with our individuals to realize their dreams.
This position can be part or full time but does require flexibility in days and times worked based on consumer needs and schedules. The individual CS worker could work in one or both of the PISL Homes (located in Creve Coeur and Florissant).
Starting pay is $18 an hour. FT would be based on 35 hours a week of in-person/billable service.
