We’re seeking a Human Resources Representative to work in our downtown Minneapolis corporate office. In this fast-paced position, you will be responsible for assisting in the hiring process by sourcing, interviewing and facilitating the hiring of clerical, technical, administrative and management positions throughout the company. You will also be coordinating and completing new hire paperwork, collecting information and creating independent contractor agreements, representing the company for any unemployment claims, assisting with timekeeping and time off accrual questions, submitting payroll information to the payroll processing team, and reconciling and coding HR invoices.
This person will act as a liaison with building management and be the point of contact for our corporate office, which will include ordering supplies and handling copier service requests. Some of your duties will include customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions, monitoring the HR email inbox and fax as well as performing other duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of related experience in a fast-paced environment, with strong organization skills and great attention to detail, a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task, and an ability to adhere to and meet deadlines. You will also need a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation and excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel.
