Under the direction of the Coordinator of Community Day Services and in coordination with the Production leadership team assume a lead role coordinating the work of the Rehabilitation Coaches to ensure that all work performed as a result of training opportunities is completed accurately and within time line expectations; assume a lead role in the orientation and training of Rehab Coaches to provide vocational training and life skills instruction and guidance to persons with disabilities. Additionally, help to ensure high quality skill development training and rehabilitation opportunities for persons participating in the program.
Assist the Coordinator with implementation of the work production plan (complete schedule of all work to be accomplished within a given period of time) and ensure that all work is accomplished and deadlines met at established quality control levels.
Teach and supervise work skills of consumers enrolled in the program to include implementing individualized person centered plans and Implantation Strategy Plans, monitoring/evaluating the trainee's progress and performance, providing feedback to trainees, assessing work quality, and identifying/implementing individualized methods to facilitate progress related to productivity and earning capacity
Participate in consultative team meetings to review individual consumer progress and develop plans for vocational rehabilitation outcomes and individualized service planning (includes identification of need for life skill areas that may impede progress toward eventual community employment
May also provide on-site job training and support to consumers placed in community employment and/or work trial settings in conjunction with the Director/Coordinator and CES Team
Work with consumers within community employment and organizational employment services to facilitate successful employment for each consumer commensurate with his/her abilities, strengths, preferences, desired outcomes cultural diversity and other identified needs.
Education
High school diploma or GED required. Must be 21 years of age or older. Minimum of two years documented experience working with persons with disabilities; must have DSP credential. In addition, candidates need to be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Salary : $30,600 - $38,800
