Job Posting for Day Program Manager at Bright Day Hab
We are looking for an Assistant Program Manager for our DDD Day Hab program. The Assistant will work alongside the Program Manager to support our Intellectually and/or Developmentally Delayed clients in reaching their personal goals, either at our Day Hab center or one-on-one with clients in their home and community.
Responsibilities:
assist Program Manager as necessary to run a successful program and help our clients
assist clients with exercises, physical and recreational activities
assist clients in the community, on outings, etc
drive clients to and from the program
option to work one-on-one with clients
Requirements:
well-organized and reliable
excellent communication and people skills
positive and compassionate attitude
experience as DSP preferred
Educational Requirements:
one of the following is required:
Associate's degree and 3 years of management and oversight of programs that serve intellectually and/or developmentally disabled population
High school diploma and 5 years of management and oversight of programs that serve the intellectually and/or developmentally disabled population
