The Talent Acquisition Partner (TA Partner) is responsible for the development of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies as well as developing new innovative recruitment approaches to support Bright Health. The TA Partner is responsible for sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing and candidate relationship management. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that the best possible talent will be hired through a partnership with business leaders, the internal Talent Acquisition Team and external recruitment partners. This role is responsible for providing strategic recruitment support predominately for more senior, leadership level positions. The TA Partner will execute external recruiting, act as the key contact for candidates, drive recruiting strategies, and build/maintain internal client relationships. The TA Partner will interface with business leaders to deliver qualified talent to fill critical roles and provide market intelligence to drive recruiting business outcomes.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Function as the primary Talent Acquisition resource dedicated to managing recruiting activity for senior level/management level positions in our technology and product organizations.
2. Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and business leaders to understand hiring forecasts and recruiting priorities and to fill critical hiring needs in a timely manner.
3. Support candidates throughout all stages of the application and hiring process and ensure a signature candidate experience.
4. Assist hiring managers in designing accurate job descriptions and deliver comprehensive support and consultation to business hiring groups in full life cycle recruitment process.
5. Coach managers/interview teams to incorporate capability and competency-based assessments during their interview.
6. Proactively research new recruitment methodologies and competitive intelligence to create innovative sourcing strategies. Conduct external benchmarking to understand competitive recruiting landscape and influence best practices with team and stakeholders.
7. Effectively leverage social media tools and third-party platforms to deliver on employee branding and recruitment sourcing strategy.
8. Meet/exceed key recruiting performance metrics.
9. Set high recruitment standards ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
10. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of education and experience required.
• Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish is required.
• 10 years of demonstrated recruiting experience required, including at least 5 years recruiting leadership or executive level candidates
• 5 years of experience recruiting for healthcare or clinical focused roles preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The majority of work responsibilities are performed in an open office setting, carrying out detailed work sitting at a desk/table and working on the computer. Some travel may be required.
