Community Based Rehabilitation Specialist - CBRS - Behavioral Health
Starting at $21 (DOE), Part-time leading to fulltime
$250 Sign-on Bonus

Brighter Future Health is looking for qualified CBRS candidates who are comfortable working primarily with children and teens in the community and home between the ages of 5-18 throughout the Treasure Valley, but especially in the Canyon County area. While our primary need is with children, we also provide services to clients of all age ranges. Candidates will be working in the client's home and community, which allows for flexible scheduling to accommodate appointments with clients, as needed.
- CBRS services focus on psychiatric rehabilitation interventions that are designed to build and reinforce functional skills that focus on behavioral, social, communication, rehabilitation, and/or basic living skills training. Our strength-based and collaborative approach is designed to build a client's competency and confidence while increasing functioning and decreasing mental health and/or behavioral symptoms. A CBRS Provider works with the client and their treatment team to develop individualized, outcome-based, and person-centered treatment goals.

Job Requirements:
- Must have a COMPLETED bachelor's degree in the Health and Human Services field
- Be prepared to provide a copy of your degree/diploma and transcripts
- Must be willing to work with all age groups and ethnicities
- Be willing to work with clients in their home, work with clients in the community, and transport clients in your vehicle (mileage reimbursement is included)
- Must have a driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Be willing to familiarize yourself with an Electronic Healthcare Records systems
- Have empathy and show unconditional positive regard
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services
- Develop and implement treatment plans for clients
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
