Brighter Path of Tuskegee is a privately owned company that develops and operates programs for people with behavioral, emotional, or physical challenges.
We are seeking a self-motivated, reliable, good-minded and excited individual to lead our Nursing Department as an LPN for our 66-bed residential facility for boys in Tuskegee.

A typical day as a Nurse Supervisor may include:
- Monitoring resident status in order to ensure continuity of student care;
- Enforcing nursing policies and facility directives for program compliance;
- Gathering and exchanging information with a doctor in an accurate, prompt and concise manner;
- Examining residents and thoroughly documenting assessments;
- Serving as a mentor and role model.
