join our team who are dedicated to improving the quality of life for children diagnosed with ASD. *Salary* * *$90,000 - $100,000* Depending on experience and qualifications *Responsibilities* Conduct individualized behavioral analysis assessments Supervise in-progress ABA services Prepare, supervise, organize and evaluate assigned staff efforts to achieve the objectives of the client’s IEP/IFSP Train/coach Behavior Technicians Provide supervision to all assigned Behavior Technicians/RBTs Provide direct services to the clients and their families, when necessary Asses client progress through collected data Issue annual reports regarding program effectiveness Maintain healthy work life balance *Qualifications* *BCBA and LBA in the state of Oklahoma* Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges with ABA Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday License/Certification: * BCBA (Required) * LBA in Oklahoma (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Shawnee, OK: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Preferred) Work Location: On the roadSalary : $90,000 - $100,000
