The Opportunity
Due to the continued expansion of the Brightflag team, we’re looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our People Ops team. We’re the fastest growing company in our space, and bringing onboard top talent is a critical, current, strategic priority. For you this means the opportunity to make a real impact; to have a true influence on a high growth scale-up journey. This is also a unique opportunity to be the first dedicated Talent Sourcer in Brightflag. We’ll look to you to build this discipline for Brightflag and to determine best practice and innovative strategies for finding, attracting and nurturing talent. You’ll do that in close collaboration with our recruitment lead, the People Ops team and the wider Brightflag team as they grow. What You Will Be Doing
- Use established and creative sourcing strategies to unearth talented folks who may be a fit for Brightflag.
- Engage with them to share the Brightflag story and connect them with current and future opportunities.
- Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition partner to initiate the hiring process and manage candidates through the process.
- Build long-term relationships with prospects and build out talent pipelines.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in the role, you need:
- Minimum 2 years of proven delivery in a sourcing role.
- Outstanding communication skills - for internal collaboration and external evangelism.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Comfort working independently and managing your calendar, work throughput etc. You make every day count… truly.
- Experience or comfort working in a fast-paced scale-up environment. You can adapt fast, be pragmatic and use your good judgment to make progress daily.
- Proficient using sourcing tools and strategies (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, Google XRay Search etc).
The following are a bonus!
- Experience sourcing in a SaaS technology company.
- Experience sourcing for Sales / Marketing / Customer Success roles.

This role offers a flexible work location within EST/CST. Whether that be in the office in New York City (once public health guidelines allow), remote or a mix of office/remote work in New York, you choose what works best for your lifestyle.
