Superintendent Position:

We are looking for a Superintendent who has extensive experience in managing the construction of multi-million-dollar homes. This candidate will work closely with the Project Manager and owner of the company to ensure the direction of the project is on schedule and within budget.

**5 years Custom Home Building experience is REQUIRED**

Superintendent Duties and Responsibilities

The Superintendent will serve as the single point of contact and accountability to the Project Manager and the owner of the company.

Schedule, coordinate, and manage the daily construction activities for commercial, residential and remodeling projects

Work with Project Manager to ensure that projects are built to requirements and specifications established by construction drawings, building codes, and clients

Monitor production schedules, critical paths for projects, and trade contractor schedules to ensure timely project completion

Monitor project quality and cost control to safeguard profit margin

Enter daily logs and update scheduling in CoConstruct system weekly

Assume overall responsibility for maintaining a clean, safe project site

Communicate with customers on jobsites; Answer their questions and ensure that construction meets their expectations

Order materials and supplies and schedule deliveries

Verify correct materials are on job/returns as needed

Guide and direct field employees, trade contractors, and suppliers

Conduct pre-closing walk-throughs with customers and customer service/warranty coordinator.

Develop and maintain strong, productive supplier and trade contractor relationships

Conduct periodic work inspections to ensure that those standards are met

And other duties as assigned

Superintendent Requirements:

Excellent written and oral communication

Must have a valid driver's license

Preference will be shown towards candidates with a 4-year college degree.

** Requirements include a minimum of 5 years project management experience; additional experience in commercial and residential construction and remodeling projects is a plus.

Superintendent Pay:

$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
