Brighton’s ticket widow is the first stop for many of our visitors and our is an opportunity to make a great first impression. If you like working at a fast pace and being an expert on products, you will be a great fit to our small ticket sales team.

Responsibilities
- Be a friendly and welcoming face for guests from across the globe!
- Have a comprehensive understanding of all ticket products such as various rates, discounts offered, promotions, and events
- Complete accurate transactions for purchases
- Work with and assists your teammates to provide exceptional guest service
- Keep a clean workspace, restock items as needed, and assist with opening/closing duties
Qualifications
- 18 years old
- Able to commit to at least 3 shifts per week
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
- Passion for guest service and the hospitality industry
- Able to remain calm, cool and collected under pressure
- Flexible availability during the ski season (including weekends, evenings and holidays)
