What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at BrightStar Care of Marietta & Cherokee County?
We are looking for a highly motivated receptionist to grow our Office team. This person will be able to work independently as well as participate in team activities. Prior experience in health industry is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for clients
Requirements
- High School degree
- Works independently with little to no direction
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, fax machines, and scanners
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
