What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concierge position at Brightview Warren?
Essential job duties include the following:
Consistently and genuinely demonstrates the STARS principles of Service, Teamwork, Action, Reputation and Success in all activities and interactions.
Greets, engages and assists residents, family members, guests, and visitors in a vibrant, courteous and professional manner.
Answers internal and external telephone calls, intercom, and pages. Promotes programs, outings and events, encourages participation, and assists residents and/or guests with registration.
Supports community sales efforts by engaging visitors and prospective residents, collecting information, and promoting Brightview as a great place to live.
Maintains building security, monitors security systems, including the emergency call system, and responds accordingly.
Manages the operation and maintenance of all office equipment and communication devices.
Manages mail and newspaper delivery.
Assists Business Office Director with ordering and maintaining adequate inventory of office and community supplies.
Participates in and attends all required in-service training sessions.
Other duties as assigned.
Computer literacy sufficient to do data entry and basic typing.
Knowledge of office equipment operations.
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy.
Strong customer orientation to older adults.
Ability to effectively communicate in English.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $19.75 per hour
