As the Manager, Quality Assurance (Sales) you will ensure that our customer facing teams represent brightwheel in a positive and professional manner, adding value through every phone conversation. You will establish programs that reward the top ambassadors of brightwheel. You will partner with sales, success and performance managers to identify training opportunities that improve performance over time. You will enable customer facing teams to better serve and empower early education providers.
