Our client is looking for a Manager to help oversee A/P and A/R (about 4 people) as well as hands on work in those areas.
The schedule is onsite M-F, 830a-530p
Summary:
The Manager will help process, track, and record A/P, A/R in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. The role will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on financial transactions whereby keeping the company moving forward in the right direction.
Responsibilities:
- 50% Manager; 50% Contributor
- Develop and monitor weekly KPI's for team members
- Gather and verify information for customer invoices / vendor bills
- Generate timely and accurate customer invoices / vendor bills
- Reconcile details to internal and external systems
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOP)
Qualifications:
- 2 years in a Supervisory role of A/P & A/R
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done
- Proficient with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advance)
- Strong customer & leadership communications skills (in person, email, and phone)
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
