UX Sr Designer

• UX: Senior Design Lead

• The role will be part of the product and development team. Working extremely closely with both technologists, and designers.
• Translating the design from the design team into a functioning Axure prototype.
• We are looking for an Axure prototype designer that can work with the design team to bring their designs to life in a representative prototype.
• The prototype will be used to guide development on functionality, and be used internally for user testing, and functionality verification.
• Experience designing financial or banking experiences is extremely helpful. As the team is looking for this role to be able to participate in the design process.
• Axure Prototyping Skills :
• Translate designed interfaces and requirements into a working Axure prototype.
• Work collaboratively with UX and Visual Designers, copywriters, project managers, and technologists.
• Create dynamic prototypes in Axure. Including dynamic elements, variables, conditions, and calculations that can be used to control the flow of a prototype based on user input.
• Creating responsive Axure prototype interfaces that work across multiple viewport sizes and browsers.
• Familiar with incorporating JSON, XML, CSV, and XLS data sources.
• Proficient in JavaScript and jQuery.

• User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Utilize surveys, interviews, usability testing, and analytics to gather insights.

• Design and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas. Utilize design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. • User Interface

• Design: Develop visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for Azure-based applications. Ensure designs are consistent with branding and accessibility standards.  
• 
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate UX design into the Azure product development process.
• 
  
• User Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to improve user experience.
• 
  
• Documentation: Create and maintain UX design documentation, including style guides, design patterns, and user flow diagrams.
• 
  
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest UX trends, Azure updates, and best practices. Propose improvements to enhance the user experience of existing Azure applications.

• Problem Solving: Address complex design challenges with innovative and user-centric solutions.

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
