What are the responsibilities and job description for the On-Site Resident Manager position at Brindley & Associates Inc.?
Responsible for all operational phases of the property, including but not limited to the general administration and maintenance of the complex. Assist, direct, control and train all personnel and resources. Maintain property in good physical condition with stabilized fiscal operations within budgeted guidelines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
