Our Brinson Auto Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant with Marketing Skills. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our executives while also contributing to our marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for both administrative support and marketing.

 

Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Assist manage executives' calendars, meetings and other arrangements.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events for all dealers in group. 

Marketing Assistance:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Create and edit marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and social media content
  • Collaborate with other executives to align marketing and customer relations strategies with overall business goals.

Leadership:

  • Provide strategic guidance to the marketing and customer relations teams.
  • Drive a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other executives to align marketing and customer relations strategies with overall business goals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the company's overall strategic plan

Communication:

  • Respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of executives.
  • Ensure effective communication within the marketing team.

Project Coordination:

  • Assist in project management tasks related to marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor project timelines and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Customer Relations:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of customer relations strategies.
  • Act as a key point of contact for escalated customer inquiries or concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms and use insights to drive improvements in products/services.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) OR Proven experience in executive management roles, with a focus on marketing and customer relations.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Maintain an organized filing system for documents, contracts, and other paperwork.

    • Draft and edit emails, reports, and other correspondence.

    • Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).
    • Data entry and management skills.
    • Experience with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.

    • Ability to identify and address problems efficiently.
    • Take initiative to find solutions and make decisions when necessary.
  6. Confidentiality:

    • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
    • Adhere to privacy policies and legal requirements related to customer and employee information.

    • Work effectively as part of a team, providing support to various departments within the dealership.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  8. Multitasking:

    • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Stay focused and organized in a fast-paced environment.

    • Pay meticulous attention to details to avoid errors in documentation and communication.
    • Ensure accuracy in records and reports.
