General Manager
Basic Purpose of Position:
Responsible for the management of all aspects and functions of the property in accordance with company standards of excellence. Fully accountable for all guest service, passion for the brand, team communication, development of authentic talent, operational standards of excellence, and decision-making for the entire location. Directs, implements, and maintains a philosophy congruent with the company’s culture, which serves as a guide to all staff members.

Essential Job Functions:
 Strives to create an operation that values company standards of Guest Service. Personally, ensures that every point of contact with the Guest meets or exceeds expectations and creates a lasting impression to drive repeat business.
 Creates and contributes to a high-energy environment that promotes maximum engagement and enjoyment for the Team and the Guest.
 Communicates in an impactful and meaningful way with managers and team members and fosters an open and respectful work environment.
 Develops talented and committed team members and staff.
 Models and executes company practices throughout the entire operation creating a high-energy environment for the team and guests alike.
 Serves as a business leader in the operation and demonstrates competence and confidence in making sound effective decisions that benefit the guest and team.
 Gathers and utilizes appropriate information and takes urgent action in correcting problems and concerns.
 Devises and executes comprehensive plans, stays updated on all aspects of the operation, and models effective stress management techniques. Leads by example and sets others up for success in running the operation smoothly and effectively.
 Facilitates a professional and ethical manner that is beyond reproach.
 Directly responsible for maximizing the respective locations’ sales and profits.
 Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies and procedures and service standards.
 Ensure proper documentation for all accidents and incidents per company policies and procedures.
 Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, preparation methods, cooking standards, ingredients, portion sizes, garnishes, presentations, and prices.
 Maintain complete knowledge of all liquor inventories available.
 Maintain complete knowledge of property layouts, table/seat/station numbers, proper table set ups, room capacity, hours of operation, price ranges, and dress codes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

  • Full Service/Scratch Kitchen Restaurant Management: 2 years (Preferred)
