Desired Candidate Characteristics: Have a strong commitment to a career in technology with a passion for healthcare 7-10 years’ experience in IT with demonstrated success in delivering and supporting SaaS and custom-built solutions and managing/partnering with software vendors and service providers. 2-3 years’ experience in IT with demonstrated success in delivering and supporting Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) preferably LABWARE, COTS applications, custom-built C#.NET solutions. 1-2 years’ hands on experience in AWS or Azure or GCP cloud computing platforms Experience in configuring LIMS, including subroutines, master data, stability , parsing scripts , products and environmental monitoring with in GMP environments. Experience in using SQL to query and work with LIMS, knowledge of advanced SQL techniques and good understanding of databases and familiar with LIMS basic to develop subroutines. Knowledge in pharmaceutical Specifications which establish predefined criteria of the expected quality of a product. Experience in developing pharmaceutical specifications using specification Management Module in LIMS which allows you to manage acceptance criteria for your laboratory’s testing, create Master Specifications that can contain multiple specifications, and add/edit analyte limits and rules associated to specifications. Experience in creating custom reports (Crystal Reports) and optimizing existing reports for use within LIMS. Experience in creating and designing LIMS Electronic Lab Notebook templates. Experience is setting up and connecting various instruments to LIMS for direct data collection and understanding instrument requirements to build LabStation parsing scripts. Ability to understand the needs of the business and commitment to deliver the best user experience and adoption. Able to collaborate across multiple teams Strong Project Management skills, and experience with agile and scrum methodologies. Must have knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and of computer systems validation (CSV) Knowledge of cGXP and 21CFR Part11 standards. Deep analytical skills and logical thinking to identify and resolve technical issues. Experience managing offshore technical development team. Experience with creating architectural diagrams/understanding of infrastructure setups/managing deployments ranging with varying complexities. Experience in Agile software development, Service-oriented architectures, Continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD). Experience with creating architectural diagrams/understanding of infrastructure setups/managing deployments ranging with varying complexities. Experience as .NET developer in developing windows based and web based applications using .NET technologies such as C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, win forms, server controls, web services , .NET framework, HTML/XHTML, CSS, IIS. Knowledge of Python, XML, SOAP, JSON/REST services and .Net technologies Knowledgeable in RDBMS/RDS such as Oracle, SQL server and PostgreSQL. Knowledgeable in integration technologies such as WebMethods. Experience with AWS platform and third-party SaaS products. Key Responsibilities Accountable for the controlled production support and life cycle management for multiple Analytical Strategy & Operations applications used by Pharmaceutical Development within Global Product Development & Supply. Collaborate with Business and IT Plan functions to develop solutions for business problems including defining business requirements, provide project timelines and budget, develop acceptance criteria, testing, training, and change management plans. Contributes heavily towards developing a plan for development activities and translates those into actionable projects. These include releases, required modifications and discretionary enhancements to support the application life-cycle. Manage the LIMS and related applications portfolio to ensure the delivery of digital capabilities are being met in accordance with the IT Operating Model. Accountable for managing day to day operational support, enabling the business to scale while improving key performance indicators impacting their efficiencies and improving overall customer experience. Defined both long-term strategies and short-term/immediate resource needs. Accountable for delivering on project implementations and operational support commitments. Collaborate directly with the business clients, IT Business Partners and other IT functions on delivery of digital capabilities. Monitor IT service provider resource consumption, review demand and change requests for support work related to custom applications. Qualifications & Experience Requires advanced knowledge applicable to a wide range of work in own function and thorough knowledge of other functions, typically gained through a university degree and 6-8 years of experience. May lead initiatives related to continuous improvement or implementation of new technologies. Works independently on most deliverables. Demonstrates ability to build and leverage relationships through diplomacy with a broader focus within the Function.
