DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the Maintenance program by: Insuring parts are pulled, staged, & delivered where and when needed; Performing inventory transactions to ensure system is accurate and up to date; Interact with maintenance department and communicate needs and issues to Supply Supervisor and Supply Manager; Work with Maintenance Team onsite to ensure inventory is controlled and secured at all times; Monitor part shelf life for expiration and to ensure FIFO; Assess consumable inventory levels and recommend re-order; Organizing storage areas; Other duties as assigned by Supply Supervisor and Supply Manager. Qualifications: Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite required; Experience in Material Control, i.e., Stores Clerk, Customer Material, Inventory Control, Shipping, Receiving, or related field preferred; Aviation industry experience preferred; Purchasing experience preferred; Experience with Hazardous Material control and shipping preferred; Must be available for overtime and/or work flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays) as job requirements dictate; Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds as required; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
