Job Summary and Job Functions
- Assist the BannerSaver team in meeting annual revenue and customer satisfaction goals
- Opportunity to take on projects and lead the customer across the finish line
- Coordinating with internal operations and accounting teams
- Own the backend of BannerSaver.com
- Assist current account or portal users, set up new users, follow up with abandoned carts, follow up with new website orders as needed, and be the human behind the site via live chat and phone calls.
- Partner will the new business development team to increase revenue and usage of the self-service portal.
- Ensure new orders are processed, shipped and invoiced accurately. This includes handoffs from the new business development team and inputting POs. Process returns or invoice adjustments as needed.
- Ensure new print orders are input correctly and partner with the art and production teams to manage the details of the project and shipping deadlines accordingly.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism while working to establish rapport with all e-commerce and traditional clients.
- Assist clients through email, live chat and phone support to maintain an average delight score of 9 or above.
- Assist as needed with multi-channel marketing campaigns and content coordination. Conduct customer outreach to obtain customer testimonials
- Taking initiative to raise your hand for special projects or continuous improvement activities is strongly encouraged; additional duties as assigned
- Opportunity to attend tradeshows or participate in other travel as needed
- Assist in coverage for customer service needs when the new business development team is out of the office

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years of related experience
- Experience using CRM tools; Salesforce preferred
- Understand and follow department standards and processes with attention to detail
- Highly effective in workflow prioritization and queue management; ambitious to see projects through from inception to completion
- Ability to respond to the customer in a professional and timely manner
- Creative thinking and brainstorming; always thinking outside the box!
- Experience or interest in marketing tactics a bonus
- Experience or interest in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign a bonus
- Trusted as someone who will do what they say they will do
- Can play well in the sandbox
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Ambitious to improve both yourself and the business
- Effective in verbal and written communication as well as listening skills. Communicates respectively with others
