Under the direction of the Chief Strategy Officer and Vice President, Business Development, the Broadlawns Community Impact Manager will cultivate a robust community engagement program that fulfills the hospital's mission of service and addresses the social determinants of health for our patient population.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or related fields
  • 7 years professional experience in related field
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple projects and effectively accomplish tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Record of accomplishment in community engagement and advocacy
  • Dedication to the mission and culture of inclusivity at Broadlawns Medical Center
  • Event planning and volunteer engagement experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
  • Availability to represent the organization during evening and weekend hours as needed
