We are looking for a talented Customer Success & Onboarding Manager with experience in telecommunications, EV, or PV Solar industries to support key accounts for the duration of the customer lifecycle. This role requires strong analytic and organization skills to present our product, opportunities, and challenges in a meaningful way to the full range of stakeholders From individual contributors to executive management.

Role
- Become an expert in the customer - with a heavy focus on understanding the technical
customers deliverables, and the customer interface (UX). Define clear, measurable
success criteria and action plans to drive customer satisfaction and renewals.
- Become an expert on our current product capabilities and how it relates to our support
nuances and intricacies of our customers work. Provide meaningful suggestions to
drive future product development based on your experience and understanding of
industry needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in engineering, design, and sales to identify

- Provide world-class support by taking ownership of customer issues as they arise.
- Gently and expediently lead customers through the final stages of contracting/renewal.
- Prefer Candidate to be in Austin, Houston, or Denver. Hybrid or Remote work is
