This great opportunity is located in Milwaukee, WI. Broadstep is hiring a Residential Services Driver to provide leadership and assistance to our programs and staff in Wisconsin. The purpose of the this position is to provide transportation for our clients to day programming and doctor appointments. This position will provide assistance to the residential team in providing assistance in our group homes to consumers diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness and/or developmental disabilities. Part of this role is to function to organize/transport/file and document each client's medical and dental appointments. The position will also report information on consumer’s behavior and needs as observed during appointments.Position Details:- Full Time- Tuesday through Saturday, 11 AM - 7 PM. Qualifications/Qualities Needed for the position:Possess a valid, regular (non-probationary) state driver’s license and must have a clean driving record for three years.High School Diploma or Equivalent preferredOne year experience with transporting individuals with mental health and/or developmental disabilities.Organization skillsProblem solverSelf motivated
