What are the responsibilities and job description for the Title Processor position at Broadview Title?
We have an opening for an experienced Title Processor to join our Bel Air office! The Title Processor must possess the ability to effectively assist in the preparation and closing of complex real estate transactions. They will assist with customer service requests, perform administrative tasks, enter new orders, process and collect necessary items for closing, prepare documents, and complete all paperless functions after closing.
Duties:
- Maintain strong and accurate attention to detail, along with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a highly productive manner.
- Utilize understanding of escrow, title standards and company underwriting guidelines associated with a wide variety of transactions.
- Process purchase and refinance files, and prepare settlement statements and closing disclosures.
- Work directly with clients, realtors, lenders and attorneys as it relates to the processor function of the transaction.
- Maintain records and files in accordance with company guidelines
- Perform with teamwork mindset and close customer relations of both title staff and customers to meet closing timelines and requirements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Title Processor.
- Experience in processing files in multiple states is preferred.
- Must have excellent problem solving capability and analytical abilities.
- Excellent computer skills, including Word and Outlook.
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Salary commensurate with experience. Looking to hire immediately.
