Job Description: As a CDL A Solo OTR Reefer Driver at Broadwater Logistics & Transportation, you'll be an integral part of our transportation team, responsible for transporting refrigerated goods across long distances efficiently and safely. You'll operate our state-of-the-art reefer trailers, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and safety. Job Summary Company Driver (W2, Solo) Refrigerated OTR $1,500 - $2,000 total weekly avg. pay 20% of load 3,000 - 3,500 avg. miles per week Dedicated No Driver Load/Unload No slip seating Home Time 25 - 28 expected days out You can stay out longer if you want to Get 5 days of home time for every 21 days worked Home at least one weekend per month Benefits Medical and Dental Paid holidays Paid vacation Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure. Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports. Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations. Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules. Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area. Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations.
