The Dispatcher is primarily responsible for the following functions:

• Coordinates and schedules all residential and commercial deliveries.
• Maintains an on-call schedule for drivers.
• Communicates delays and schedule changes to customers.
• Manages and maintains Fueling Credentials for loading rack.
• Ensures that vehicles are moving and on schedule.
• Coordinates DEF, tank, and similar deliveries.
• Provides backup to customer service in the absence of the Customer Service Representatives.
• Performs other similar duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1-2 years prior experience in a dispatch role.
• Ability to adapt to shift priorities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in all situations.
• Ability to work extended hours as necessary, especially during peak demand seasons.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with Ignite and Blue Cow
• Prior experience with Samsara GPS
• Prior experience working with trucking logistics
• Prior experience working for a fuel company
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Broco Energy is a family-friendly workplace. Well-behaved dogs are frequently in the office and children are frequently present. There is a shy, mostly nocturnal cat on the second floor. The Company has completed a full Job Hazard Assessment for this position that is evaluated annually and reviewed with all new employees during onboarding.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
